Red Fish and Spinach

 


JP Red fish ingredients


3 red fish


5 tablespoons of Fish spice


500 ml of oil


2 tablespoons of lemon


Salt and pepper


Method


Wash and clean your fish


Dry it using paper towel


Sprinkle the lemon juice on the fish


Now sprinkle your fish spice salt pepper and cover it with a foil keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes


Deep fry it on a medium heat until its well cooked


enjoy i served mine with pap and spinach
