ingredients

1 cup of sugar


5 cups self-raising flour


10g yeast /5 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon salt


3 large eggs(optional)


2 cups of water


5 tablespoon Ellis brown creamer(optional)


750 ml sunflower oil


Method

In a bowl stir together the flour,sugar , yeast/baking powder and salt.


In a separate bowl whisk the egg water and Ellis brown until smooth



 

Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms


Cover your dough for an hour until it rise


Heat the oil in a large pot to 180


Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil cook until golden brown


Enjoy with atchaar liverspread or cheese
