Ox liver recipe


Ingredients


Ox liver chopped into cubes


4 tablespoons of oil


1 large onion chopped


Green and yellow peppers


1 tablespoon of crashed garlic


1 tablespoon of tomato paste


2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce


1 tablespoon of barbecue spice


2 tablespoons of chutney (optional)


1 tablespoon of mixed herbs


Salt and pepper to taste


Method


In a large pot fry the liver brown but sides an set aside


In the same pot fry the onion peppers and add garlic



 

Put the liver back while adding the spice mixed herbs



 

Then add your barbecue sauce tomatoe paste and chutney let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes


Season with salt and pepper an serve😋


NB : don’t over cook
