Mac and Cheese



Ingredients 


500g macaron


Aromat


250g grated cheddar cheese 


50g butter 


30g flour


250 ml milk


Polony (any 


Method


Cook macaroni according to the instruction on the pack and set aside


Now for the cheese sauce 


Over a low heat melt butter add flour mix until flour is absorbed 


Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth add the grated cheese then pour over the macaroni an season with aromat



 

Add the diced polony ,and the grated cheddar cheese on top
