Cream Of Spinach

 

Creamy spinach recipe

Ingredients

Bunch of spinach

1 glove garlic crushed

Onion

1 tablespoon of oil

Aromat

Elli’s brown creamer

30g of butter

4 tablespoons of flour

Grated cheese

Method

In a pan add the oil

Add the spinach an cook for 5 minutes

Add the onion an garlic then cook for 5 minutes

In a bowl mix the flour and the Elli’s brown creamer and stir continuously

Add the flour & creamer in the spinach while stirring continuously

add the butter and cheese

Season with aromat an serve😋

Don’t over cook!!!!
